We drove from Chicken through Tok and on to Fairbanks. On the way we passed 2 sets of 2 moose and one coyote.
We stopped at the Knotty shop - which was a tourist trap, but the critters in the front yard were interesting! Loved the mosquito!
As we approached Fairbanks we passed by an Air Force base, and a Delta plane took off beside us!
The 4 lane highway was quite a culture shock after all the back roads we have been on.
