This is in the middle of nowhere, and they had the Midway lake music festival. Looked to be a hopping event - mostly first nations folks with lots of fiddlers apparently.
The ravens really are big and noisy.
This is the famous Peel river and ferry which was closed the day before because it was too high. It runs on a cable across the river and is really fast and efficient. The on and off ramps were pretty soft, Laurie had to switch into 4 wheel drive.
