At the very top of the scenic route, the viewing was cat and mouse through the fog. We went to one look out and couldn't see anything but white fog, but a Utahian(?) said wait a minute and the weather will change. Indeed it did, we were soon able to see the valleys and formations. Almost like a Stephen King novel. Things became clear, then disappeared again. Did a little hike but it was pretty cold!
